John J. Naumann and Jeffrey J. Milton founded BTS in 1979 when they began construction of By The Sea, the first of many private luxury condominium gulf front residences. BTS enhanced its reputation for excellence through the construction of High Tide, Tantara, Beachcomber, Somerset and Tamarind. These outstanding private gulf front residences remain much sought after in the real estate marketplace today.
